By applying to and participating in Affiliate Operations (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent participants.

Nothing in this program creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between the Affiliate and Trinity Triggers.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Trinity Triggers.

2. Eligibility & Approval

• Participation is subject to manual review and approval

• Approval is not guaranteed

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

• Trinity Triggers reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Compensation

Cash App Payouts

• Affiliates earn $20 per unique referred customer

• The referred customer’s initial purchase must total at least $100 (before tax and shipping) to qualify for payout

• Payment is issued per customer, not per order

• Repeat purchases by the same customer do not generate additional payouts

• Payments are issued via Cash App only

• Affiliates are responsible for providing an accurate $Cashtag

Verification Period

All payouts are subject to a 14-day verification period following the referred customer’s completed order.

During this period, orders are reviewed for:

• Returns or refunds

• Chargebacks or payment failures

• Fraudulent or abusive activity

Only completed, non-refunded orders meeting the $100 minimum purchase requirement qualify for payment.

4. Discount Code Use

• Approved affiliates receive a unique 10% discount code

• Codes may be used multiple times, including by repeat customers

• Codes are compatible with Trinity Triggers Membership

• Discount codes may not be sold, transferred, or misrepresented

Trinity Triggers reserves the right to modify, disable, or revoke any discount code at any time.

5. Responsible Promotion

Affiliates agree to:

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

• Follow the rules and policies of any platform used

• Represent products accurately and responsibly

Affiliates may not:

• Promote illegal or unsafe use

• Make misleading or exaggerated claims

• Imply guaranteed outcomes or legal protection

• Target minors or restricted audiences

6. Content & Brand Use

Affiliates may not:

• Alter logos, trademarks, or branding

• Misrepresent product performance or function

• Imply endorsement beyond participation in the program

Trinity Triggers may request modification or removal of affiliate content at any time.

7. Returns, Abuse & Monitoring

Affiliate-driven orders are monitored for:

• Excessive return rates

• Chargebacks

• Referral manipulation

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior

If an affiliate’s activity shows abnormal patterns, Trinity Triggers may:

• Disable the affiliate’s discount code

• Withhold or revoke payouts

• Terminate participation in Affiliate Operations

All determinations are made at Trinity Triggers’ sole discretion.

8. Self-Referral & Abuse Prevention

Affiliates may not use their own referral code for personal purchases.

Prohibited activities include:

• Self-referrals

• Creating multiple accounts or identities

• Encouraging refunds after payout

• Coordinating purchases solely to generate payouts

If such activity is detected, Trinity Triggers may:

• Void related commissions

• Disable the affiliate’s code

• Terminate the affiliate’s participation in the program.

9. Platform Risk Acknowledgment

Affiliates acknowledge that firearms-related content may be subject to:

• Content removal

• Account restrictions or enforcement

• Demonetization

Trinity Triggers is not responsible for third-party platform actions taken against affiliate accounts.

10. Termination

Trinity Triggers may suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without notice, to protect legal, financial, or brand interests.

Unpaid compensation may be withheld if violations are identified.

11. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Triggers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Affiliate conduct or content

• Violations of these terms

• Violations of law or platform rules

12. Limitation of Liability

Trinity Triggers is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Platform enforcement actions

• Loss of accounts, revenue, or audience

Participation in the Program is at the Affiliate’s own risk.

13. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

14. Acceptance

By submitting an application or participating in Affiliate Operations, the Affiliate confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these terms

• Agree to comply with them

• Are at least 18 years of age
