WHERE WE ARE LOCATED

Trinity Triggers operates in the United States and serves responsible firearm owners with quality-built components. We support our community while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.

RESTRICTED STATES

Some states have taken legal or regulatory action involving forced-reset triggers (FRTs). After careful consideration, we do not ship to the locations listed below. This decision protects our customers and our operation under current legal conditions.

Restricted States:

• California

• Colorado

• Connecticut

• Delaware

• District of Columbia

• Florida

• Hawaii

• Illinois

• Maryland

• Massachusetts

• Michigan

• Minnesota

• Nevada

• New Jersey

• New York

• Oregon

• Rhode Island

• Vermont

• Washington (state)

If you live in one of these states and can provide a valid SOT and FFL, we can still work with you.

Florida: Under Florida Statute 790.222 there is potential overlap in how certain trigger devices are defined. Out of respect for the legislative process and to avoid regulatory risk, we will not ship Trinity Trigger products to Florida until a clear, lawful path for distribution is established.

Legal Basis & Sources:

ATF acknowledgment of state-level FRT restrictions

Florida Section 790.222

Legal actions involving Attorneys General in states such as Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, and Washington

Federal legal activity involving FRT manufacturers

ADDITIONAL CITY RESTRICTIONS

In addition to statewide restrictions, we do not ship to cities with persistently high homicide rates per capita. This decision is operational and liability-based, not a judgment of residents.

Restricted Cities (high per-capita homicide rates):

• St. Louis, Missouri

• Kansas City, Missouri

• Cleveland, Ohio

• New Orleans, Louisiana

• Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Supporting Data & Sources:

• St. Louis — 150 homicides in 2024 (one of the highest per-capita rates nationally)

• Cleveland — 2023 homicide rate of 38.6 per 100,000 residents

• New Orleans — ~34.7 per 100,000 homicide rate (2024 multi-city analysis)

• Baton Rouge — 51.8 per 100,000 homicide rate (NICJR report, 2022 data)

• Kansas City — 2023 marked a record year for homicides (per FBI/AP data and KCPD reports)

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER LOCATIONS

OUR POSITION

These restrictions were made with careful thought and intention. They do not reflect a change in our values or a disagreement with lawful gun owners. They are a responsible response to existing legal and safety conditions to protect our customers and our ability to operate.

We trust that the consideration behind these actions is understood for what it is: deliberate, lawful, and rooted in respect for our customers and our responsibilities.

We will never wish for what we did do, we will only wish for what we didn’t do.
